This year Dean and Sam are running a junior tri camp on Wednesday 24th, Thursday 25th and Friday 26th July, 10am-3pm, Keyworth Leisure Centre. Keyworth Tri Camp

Congratulations to Rory, Andy, Will and Dave for conquering the Dambuster, Olympic Distance Triathlon at Rutland Water. Rory was the first 4lifer home in an impressive time of 2.36.43. Also well done to Tom Dussek for 1st place, TS1, BCT Triathlon.
 
Open water sessions Holme Pierrepont
Absolute tri club have kindly invited us to join in on their ow swim session on Friday evenings 6.30-7.30pm.If you want to attend these sessions please email dean-hughes@hotmail.co.uk and dedgiles@yahoo.co.uk (David Giles).Membership of BTF (insurance purposes), all members must be 15+ and Club swim hats are compulsory!

alt 4Life Tri Club have recently been awarded 'East Midlands Triathlon Club of the year 2008' and 'Nottinghamshire Club of the Year 2008' and have a friendly and sucessful reputation, always welcoming new members. We have the most established and sucessful junior section in the Region with numerous Academy athletes and Regional winners.Members range from 8yrs upto 65yrs of all abilities; complete beginners just learning front crawl technique and seasoned triathletes competing in all distances including Ironman.We also have members that just come along for the sessions to improve health & fitness, although we do encourage competition to stay motivated. First session is free so don't miss out and come along to one of our sessions and give it a tri!.
