4Life Tri Club is a triathlon club based in South Nottinghamshire with the sole purpose to provide opportunities for people to better themselves. Not only do we provide coaching and support for triathlon we also try and promote physical and general well-being. Fully qualified British Triathlon and ASA swim coaches with a wealth of experience will coach both children and adults in all disciplines of triathlon including nutrition. Add to this tricamps for children and events run by our sister events company and you have a group of people devoted to develop people’s fitness, technique and leadership with the emphasis on fun whatever the ability.
