Sophie Coldwell
Everyone at 4Life would like to pass on our congratulations to Sophie on her recent run of success. For those not 'in the know' Sophie finished in fourth place in Portugal at the Quarteira ETU Triathlon Junior European Cup, qualifying for the European championships. Competing at the Europeans in Israel in late April Sophie again finished fourth, the second placed British competitor. An incredible achievement having only turned 17 in February. Sophie is expecting to compete at the world championships in New Zealand in October and everyone from the club would like to wish her the best of luck.
Membership Renewals
As hopefully you will have seen on e-mail there have been some issues with membership renewals through entry central and the decision has been made for membership renewals to be made by sending a cheque to Bettina - only if you have not renewed already. Details have been sent out via e-mail containing address information, this has also been added into the members area of the site.

National Club Relay Championships 25/26 August 2012 at Holme Pierrepont
The club is short of entries for this years National Club Relays and time is running out to apply! A great fun event for everyone to compete as part of a team in a massive event held at Holme Pierrepoint over the August bank holiday. Please e-mail Dean or Tony soon if you would like to take part - participation comes highly recommended!!

2012 East Midlands Region Adult Race Series
To enter for the 2012 East Midlands Adult Series you must be a current member of Triathlon England and you must either live within an East Midlands county (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire or Rutlands) or be a current member of an East Midlands registered club! Friday Night Swimming
Coached swim sessions have started again at East Leake, 7.30-8.30pm - 15+. £2 per session. And don't forget Wednesday's coached swim session from 8-9pm
