Mark Gray is at Keyworth Leisure Centre again on the 4th August, carrying out everthing from a full bike service to a brake and gear check. If you would like anything doing please bring it down and pass the info onto anyone who may need there bike sorting.

Open Water Swimming
OW swim coaching for those who have little or no experience (age 15+) Monday 25 July at HPP, 19:15 - 20:00, after the junior coaching session. £3:50 per person. You must be a member of BTF and complete this Declaration form. Please email Dean if attending. Some club wetsuits are available to borrow.

Summer Series
4LTC Summer Series starts this Wed 20 July with 20km bike TT (EL Tri bike course). First rider off at 18:45, just turn up on the night and meet in school car park. Non members welcome. Swim session on as usual 8-9pm. Click here to download the dates.
